Aside from storytelling professionally, Scooter Hayes is also an accomplished skimboarder. He has competed in skimboarding tournaments up and down the east and west coasts, worked at the legendary Victoria Skimboards in Laguna Beach, California, and created the first ever university-sanctioned skim club.
